Shipping & Delivery

All orders will ship the same day as along as the order is received before 12:00PM Arizona time, Monday-Friday (weekends and holidays excluded). If you have ordered a prescription item, your order will ship the day your prescription has been approved and filled following these same guidelines.

Prescription HCG Diet Direct™ will ship anywhere within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii. We do not currently have international shipping available.

We do need a physical address to ship to. Currently our shipping carrier (UPS®), DOES NOT ship to APO’S Or PO BOX’s. Deliveries can be expected Monday through Friday and we do not deliver on weekends. Deliveries may be delayed or cancelled if you do not provide a physical address to deliver to. Once the shipping carrier picks up your order, we are not liable for damage or loss.

Return Policy

All sales are final and unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to the nature of this product, including shelf life issues and tampering policies associated with Prescription HCG. We cannot compromise the safety of our product. We stand by our product, as do thousands of our customers who will testify to our product’s effectiveness. If you are unsure of the ingredients or unsure of how Prescription HCG may affect you, we have customer service specialists on hand to answer all of your questions. Please do not place an order until you are sure you are ready to try Prescription HCG. Once the package is shipped, we will not be able to reverse the charge. Unless you have made arrangements with customer service, any returned or refused orders will still be charged to your credit card.

Store Hours

Even though this is a 24/7 online store, customer service does hold regular business hours. Customer service representatives are standing by waiting to you help you Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM Arizona time. You may email us at any time, however responses may only be issued during normal business hours.

Sales Tax

Prescription HCG Diet Direct™ charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the location to which the order is being shipped. Customers that request shipping to Arizona addresses are required to pay taxes on purchases. For non-Arizona residents, taxes on all purchases made on this Web site are the responsibility of the buyer, including but not limited to sales/use tax in the buyer’s home state.
